Elephant Falls, Vietnam

Lieng Rewoa Waterfall is located about 30 km south of Đà Lạt, Vietnam, and nicknamed Elephant Falls. The hike is a short one – up and down over rocks, but not a strenuous one. The area where it is located is kind of special because people that live around there are the minorities of Vietnam – they speak a different language and make homemade products to support themselves. Vietnam is known for its silk and the best silk comes from this part of the country. The minority people leave it by hand and make amazing scarves, handbags, shirts, etc.

The house is nicknamed “The Crazy House” because it really is strange… You’ll feel like you’re in some weird dream or in a fairy tale like Alice in Wonderland… it is very bizarre! Sapa, Vietnam

Sapa is, by far, my favorite place in Vietnam – it’s a really cute and cozy mountain town. It is not a bustling city like Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, but rather a relatively quiet town. The streets are hilly and small with locals markets and charming shops. The cafes are cute and cozy with fireplaces and hot chocolate. This town really feels like another world compared to the rest of Southeast Asia.
